Instead of opting to fill the resume with long sentences, it would be wiser to bullet the points, so that the hiring manager can skim through the entire resume at one glance, and if it is exceptional enough, he will keep it aside for future checking and scrutiny. Make sure the grammar and the punctuations are appropriately added, else they are major turn offs for the hiring manager.
